Highlights of My Background
- Graduated from one of the top 3 high schools in China (though I don't know what the other two are).
- Studied in one of the oldest medical colleges in China (solely because family members of three generations have been surgeons, physicians and other health workers), but did not want to be a medical doctor.
- Gained two associate degrees in World Trade and Marketing via distance learning.
- With some knowledge of medical literature and indexing, started working as an English teacher with Beijing Medical University.
- Promoted to be a supervisor of a group of ten, as well as five interns.
- Became a director of a language service center and contracted with about 10 companies and organizations engaging in various industries.
- Became the Administrative Executive of a Singapore-based healthcare marketing company.
- Worked as a research assistant with the Department of Journalism of TAMU.

Gained an MS in Science & Technology Journalism from TAMU
- Entered the MIS program of TAMU.
- Became the Webmaster of the Department of Journalism of TAMU
