Many people create home pages for fun. They post high-resolution pictures and a bunch of animations, but without a meaningful goal, their work really wastes our network resources, and increases traffic for the already busy network.

Most of personal pages are used for marketing oneself. As a web master, caring much about transmission and download speed, I have hesitated to post my home pages on the Internet. Leaving the Internet for things more meaningful is my principle.

I am dealing with home pages every day. Although there have been days when this work brings me headache and pain, undoubtedly, I still feel fun. I love my work and expect to spend more time on web publishing, but I don't want to publish web pages just for fun.

Well, thanks to the requirements for the course INFO 640, eventually I got a chance to post my own stuff, and doing so can be accepted by myself for not wasting the network resources.

Most of the pages here record my own experience in and opinions on web publishing and programming. My opinions, though gained from my own experience, may not be right, and so if you do not agree, please pardon me for my limited knowledge.

Don't ask me what the navigation bar is. I drew it that way without considering too much about what it actually is. What else? If I had enough time, would this site be better? The answer is yes, but if I got more time, I would spend it on learning JAVA or preparing for MCP. All in all, I hope you like this site.
